Rifters Cocktails

Elderflower Tom Collins

Ingredients

60ml Blossomed gin (can be replaced with Original or Quartz)
20ml Lemon juice
20ml Elderflower syrup
Ice

Hardware

Stirrer & stirring vessel
Double strainer

Mixing It

Measure & pour the above ingredients over ice into a cocktail shaker. (If you don't have a cocktail shaker mix in a tall vessel). Shake and strain into a tall glass, top with chilled soda. Garnish with Elderflower or similar.

Elderflower Spritz

Ingredients

45ml Blossomed gin (can be replaced with Original or Quartz)
20ml Lemon juice
20ml Elderflower syrup
Ice

Hardware

Stirrer & stirring vessel

Mixing It

In a wine glass pour the above ingredients over ice. Mix and top up with chilled Prosecco/sparkling wine. Garnish with Elderflower or similar.

The Blossomed Martini

Ingredients

20ml Bianco Sherry Vermouth (Gonzalez byass)
50ml Blossomed gin (can be replaced with Original or Quartz)
2 dashes of Orange bitters
Ice

Hardware

Stirrer & stirring vessel
Double strainer

Mixing It

Add ice to your stirring vessel, pour spirits over ice and stir for at least 30 seconds to ensure good dilution. Double strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with an Olive.

Rifters Negroni

Ingredients

30ml Original Dry gin
30ml Italian sweet Vermouth
30ml Campari
Ice

Hardware

Stirrer & stirring vessel
Double strainer

Mixing It

Measure & pour the below ingredients over ice into a tall vessel. Stir and strain over rocks into a low ball glass, garnish with a wedge of Orange.

Rifters Gimlet

Ingredients

50ml Quartz gin
30ml Lime juice
20ml Sugar syrup
Ice

Hardware

Stirrer & stirring vessel
Double strainer

Mixing It

Measure & pour the above ingredients over ice into a cocktail shaker. (If you don't have a cocktail shaker mix in a tall vessel). Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Rifters White Lady

Ingredients

50ml Original Dry gin
15ml Cointreau or Triple Sec
20ml Lemon juice
10ml Sugar syrup
Egg white
Ice

Hardware

Stirrer & stirring vessel
Double strainer

Mixing It

Measure & pour the above ingredients cocktail shaker, shake well (dry shake). Add ice, shake well again (wet shake). Strain into a coupe glass.

Rifters Reviver

Ingredients

30ml Rifters Original Dry Gin
30ml orange liqueur
30ml White Vermouth or Lillet
20ml freshly squeezed Lemon juice
3 to 4 drops of orange bitters
Sprig of thyme
Ice

Hardware

Boston shaker
Double strainer

Mixing It

Add ice to the top of the shaker, measure and pour spirits + lemon juice over ice. Shake vigorously and double strain into your favourite glass. Garnish by carefully dropping the orange bitters on the foam of the cocktail followed by a sprig of thyme.

Elderflower Cucumber Sour

Ingredients

30ml Rifters Original Dry Gin
30ml elderflower liqueur
30ml lime juice
1/8 of a telegraph cucumber (chopped)
3 mint leaves
Ice

Hardware

Muddler
Boston shaker
Double strainer

Mixing It

Add chopped cucumber to the boston shaker, then muddle and squish the cumber to a paste-like consistency. Add ice to the top of the shaker, pour spirits and lime juice over ice, add mint. Shake vigorously and double strain into your favourite vessel. Garnish with dehydrated lime slice (fresh would also be ok).

Barrel Aged Martini

Ingredients

45ml Rifters Pinot Noir Aged Gin
30ml White Vermouth
2 dashes of orange bitters
Ice

Hardware

Stirrer & stirring vessel
Double strainer

Mixing It

Add ice to the top of your stirring vessel, pour spirits over ice and stir for at least 30 seconds to ensure good dilution. Double strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with lemon peel.

Gin & Tonic

Ingredients

50ml Rifters Original or Quartz Gin
150ml East Imperial Yuzu Tonic
Slice of Orange and Mint
Ice

Hardware

Your favourite G&T glass
Stirrer

Mixing It

A drink that never fails. Add a handful of ice cubes to your glass, add the gin, add the tonic and squeeze in the juice from your Orange slice, then drop it into the glass, add a mint leaf. Give it a gentle stir and enjoy.
