Crafted from Royalburn grain and aged in bourbon barrels in the Whakatipu Basin, this whisky captures Central Otago’s rugged spirit. Rich, smooth, and complex, each sip reflects the influence of the land and the barrel’s deep, warming character. This Field Report - Chapter 02 is a snapshot into how well this whisky is developing, being placed in casks in 2022 this 3-years-old, it is maturing well.
